Episode 10 – Author Interview: Georgia McBride

praefatioGrace Miller has been missing for weeks when she’s found half-dressed and yelling for help, fleeing the estate of rock star Gavin Vault. At the police station, Grace spins an incredible tale of angels, demons, and war intent on saving Gavin from lockup.

The authorities believe that Grace suffers from Stockholm Syndrome, but are these the delusions of an immensely sick girl? Or could Grace’s story actually be true?

Look at that, we’re back with another author interview! Due to some last-minute rescheduling, Ollie is flying solo again, but she does an excellent job, so we’re not terribly upset about it. This time, she’s chatting with Georgia McBride, founder of YALitChat and author of the intriguingly-blurbed YA paranormal novel Praefatio.

Are there going to be writer reviews? Or are you guys switching to podcasting your reviews? While I personally prefer reading I could do other things while I listen to it, so it might be better in the end.

Papercuts is exclusively for podcast reviews and discussions, but if you’re asking about You’re Killing Me, we still plan on doing written reviews, it’s just been a hectic few months 🙂

Did you remove Papercuts from the iTunes store? The podcast used to automatically download into iTunes for me – and now it is insisting you don’t even exist.

No we didn’t. You know I think what happened is we ran out of room on our original pod-o-matic account, so we switched to a different one. That might be why this episode didn’t show up for you? I checked it out on itunes and all the episodes come up, they’re just on two separate accounts. Sorry for the trouble. We’re trying to get the whole episode-hosting-thing figured out.

Well that makes perfect sense! It is iTunes’ fault…..Since Apple is pouting about losing the Agency Pricing suit, they are purposefully keeping me from listening to book reviews. Or something along those lines. I’ll probably be able to resubscribe in a few weeks when Apple is done sulking.
